Yoga Workshops

Yoga techniques help train the mind to become more focussed, harness our full energy and potential, generate the right attitude in life, manage interpersonal relationships, be honest and above all, be happy no matter what the situation.
Our Customized Yoga Workshops are specially designed for specific requirements and groups depending on their health conditions or occupations. The workshops are conducted by Mrs. Ushma Shah and her daughter Ms. Ankita Shah who have taught yoga to thousands of students with a variety of health concerns.
Stress Management Workshops:
Stress is the main cause of most diseases today. This workshop, meant for all age groups, aims at introducing simple, effective ways to manage everyday stress at the workplace, home, etc. through the yoga way of life.
Children’s Workshops
Positive values, when imbibed at a young age, can make one’s life so much more meaningful. In this workshop, children between 5 to 18 years of age are taught the importance of a healthy life, yoga techniques, values like non-violence, honesty etc., how to be organized and how to handle physical and mental stress.
Corporate Workshops
Many physical and mental health concerns arise due to the type of profession. The corporate workshop is meant for employers and employees of companies and addresses the everyday problems faced by them. It will show them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle within their work environment and help create a feeling of brotherhood.
Pregnancy and Post-Natal Workshops
When another life depends on us, it is our responsibility to keep our mind and body healthy. The workshop also provides guidance on how to care for a baby, how to raise children and how to bounce back to a healthy life after delivery.
Senior Citizen’s Workshops:
Many health concerns and fears crop up with advancing age. Yoga emphasizes on prevention and on being self-sufficient. The workshop is designed to show senior citizens how to tackle age-related problems, maintain sharpness of mind, manage relationships, to have fun and also to face fears.
Orthopaedic Workshops:
Orthopaedic conditions are those related to the back, joints and muscles. Due to increasing sedentary lifestyles, more and more people are suffering from conditions like arthritis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylosis, sciatica, varicose veins, etc. The yoga way of life will help prevent and manage these conditions.
Heart Care and Diabetes Workshops:
Heart conditions mainly arise due to wrong lifestyle and stressful personality. Diabetes can occur due to heredity or malfunction of the Pancreas and leads to many other problems like high blood pressure, neuropathy, etc. Through yoga, one can bring about a healthy change in lifestyle and manage or prevent these conditions.
Weight Management Workshops:
A positive change in small habits can make a great deal of difference in managing weight. Whether one is overweight or underweight, yoga helps one gradually change and maintain their weight and health concerns related to the same. General Yoga Workshops:
This workshop is for those who do not have specific health concerns but are interested in learning about yoga and imbibing it into their lifestyle. A complete overview of the eight steps of Ashtanga Yoga is given along with Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Dietary habits, Attitude Training etc.
